Founded by Certified Instructors
Medical Billing and Coding Allied Health Institute, formally known as All About Billing & Coding LLC, is founded by Felicia Knox, MHA, CPC, CPB, AAPC Approved Instructor. Felicia has certifications with AAPC in Certified Professional Coding, Certified Professional Billing, and Certified Instructor with over 16+ years of experience. She has a BS and MS in Healthcare Management and a certificate in Behavioral Health coding.
Active Membership Professor
Felicia is an active member of the Charlotte Carolina Coders as the 2024 Secretary. She is also a professor at DeVry Universty.

Professor FELICIA KNOX, MHA, CPC, CPB, AAPC-APPROVED INSTRUCTOR-Dean of Medical Billing and Coding
Felicia is the founder of Medical Billing and Coding Allied Health Instuite, formally known as All About Billing & Coding LLC. She holds her master’s degree in Healthcare Management with Health Informatics. She has her AAPC certification for CPC, CPB, and Medical Instructors certification. She has over 16 years of medical coding and billing under her belt. Felicia started the education department of her business to help others become certified professional coders and give them experience in the field. Her experience includes coding and billing in: Inpatient/Outpatient, PT/OT/SP, DME, Research Clinical Trial billing, compliance, and research finance,. Her experience continues with massage therapy and workers' compensation, to name a few. She has authored articles for AAPC Healthcare Business Monthly and AAPC Webinar Education. She is a mom of 5 and a proud mom of two college students at Johnson and Wales and Lenoir Rhyne University. She loves football and spending time with her family.

Aeysha is the co-founder of Medical Billing and Coding Allied Health Institue.
I am an enthusiastic, initiative-taking, dependable, responsible, and hard-working person. As a higher education instructor, I strive to provide all students with the most up-to-date knowledge and skills that will be a successful key to becoming a professional healthcare worker with a professional career. I am also a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations, allowing me to work well in a team environment and use my initiative. I can work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. As a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional with 17 years of experience, I am confident I can provide exceptional knowledge that will contribute to your success. I have a proven record of delivering high-quality care and knowledge while maintaining a steady life as a citizen, mother, wife, and healthcare professional. I am also committed to staying current with the latest medical advancements and techniques and eager to bring my expertise to your journey.
